Our collections are designed for people who seek quiet elegance rather than excess, and warmth rather than trends.

Our Story

As a couple with a strong love for interior design, we often found ourselves searching for lighting that felt minimal yet warm, modern yet timeless. Many designs felt either too bold or too generic, missing the sense of balance we wanted in our own home. That search became the foundation of Casa Luma. We carefully curate every lamp with one simple question in mind:

Our Design Philosophy

Casa Luma is inspired by Japandi design – the harmonious blend of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian functionality. From Japanese interiors, we embrace calm, intentional living and respect for simplicity. From Scandinavian design, we draw warmth, practicality, and timeless forms. Combined with modern design principles, this results in lighting that is clean in shape, soft in tone, and calming in presence.

Each Casa Luma light is selected with careful attention to proportion, material, and light quality with a focus on soft tones, natural finishes, and balanced forms. This same attention to detail is reflected in our webshop. It’s intentionally designed to feel calm, minimal and intuitive, allowing the lighting to take center stage.

Our designs are easy to combine and fit effortlessly into bedrooms, hallways, dining areas, and other serene living spaces. Some of our selected lights even fit outdoors.
