1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide.

Available destinations may change and will be displayed at checkout.

2) Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing tracking details.

3) Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to carriers, weather conditions, customs, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location within the destinations listed in section 1).

After dispatch, estimated delivery times typically range between 5-15 business days, depending on the destination. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 40 business days due to factors beyond our control, including custom delays, carrier disruptions, weather conditions or regional issues. If your order has not been delivered within 40 business days from the dispatch date, you may request a full refund. This refund does not apply where delivery delays are caused by pending customs clearance, missing or incorrect documentation, unpaid custom duties or fees, incorrect or incomplete address details, or lack of recipient cooperation.

4) Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, a tracking link will be provided by e-mail. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after dispatch.

5) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. You are responsible for providing correct delivery details.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any re-shipping costs incurred.

6) Refused Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel from the carrier or collection point, the return may be treated as a change-of-mind return. Any original shipping fees, return shipping costs, re-shipping fees, or additional charges may be deducted from your refund or charged separately, where permitted by law.

7) Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows ‘’delivered’’ but you did not receive your parcel, please:

1. Check with household members, neighbors, and safe places around your property;

2. Contact the carrier or local delivery service to open an investigation;

3. E-mail us at support@mycasaluma.store with your order number and the outcome of the carrier inquiry.

We will assist where possible; however, refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries cannot be guaranteed unless required by law.

8) Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the costumer, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. We do not control customs processing times and are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Failure to pay applicable customs fees may result in the shipment being delayed, returned or abandoned. Any resulting costs may be deducted from any refund or charged separately, where permitted by law.
